Study Purpose |
The purpose of this study is to evaluate drug-drug interactions (which means when one drug alters the concentration of another drug in the body) of drug product 1 (A): CIALIS® (tadalafil) 5 mg film-coated tablets and drug product 2 (B): OmnicTM (tamsulosin hydrochloride) 0.4 mg prolonged release tablets (film coated). |
Study Duration |
Total study duration is approximately 20 days from the day of check-in of the 1st period until the last blood sample collection of the study; 2 period study, each period spaced at least 10 days apart and 24-hr. post-dose confinement. |
